The stools appear to be well made.
Service & Delivery comments:
Delivery was prompt, but the wrong version of the stools were sent. Customer service was poor by two individuals I had contact with on the phone and through e-mail. A one lady I talked to on the phone did try to help. I finally had to send a letter via US mail to get a resolution.
