This is a great table for my 1 bedroom apartment. The assembly was easy enough, but I may need to go back and re-tighten some screws after a while. It came in three separate boxes, all of varying size and weight which was tricky to maneuver with one person. All-in-all, it's a great table once it's put together (easy assembly with included allen wrenches). The chairs are sturdy as well as the table. Might want to get some chair pads and placemats (only two placemats will fit on the table without overlapping each other), though.
